Lighthouse Cafe, Worli Menu

Two things that got us completely hooked were Lighthouse Cafe Deep Dish Pizza and ‘Flying Noodles’. While their menu speaks of modern day, casual dining and bar with all things inclusive of Modern, Continental, Asian and American. Head to this place to indulge in their modern day Breakfast or even brunches. Head to this place to indulge in their vivid varieties of entrée, finger food, breweries & appetizers. Or like I headed to this place to indulge myself into their very famous- Deep dish pizza and Flying Noodles. So, without further a delay, let me talk about what exactly these two were-

‘Chicago Deep Dish Pizza’

Lighthouse Cafe, Worli opened up with their 4-inch Chicago Deep Dish Pizzas. The pizzas became quite a buzz among the cafe hoppers initially, but gradually wastage and low appetite resulted in heavy wastage by the customers. Hence, they came back in simple modification on their sizes. The modification in sizes to 2.5 inches and 1.5 inches became successful; resulted in less wastage and better preference by our Indian customers. We had ‘Verdure’- A 1.5 inch Deep Dish Pizza of Capsicum, Bell Peppers, Zuccchini, Baby Corn, Mushroom, Onion, Broccoli, Pickled Jalapeno, Tomato Sauce, Black Olives, Mozzarella & Parmesan Cheese and Seasoning. Though priced relatively high, the cost of Chicago Deep Dish Pizza ranges between Rs 1200- 1700.

‘Flying Noodles’

Though serving only two varieties as of now from their very famous concept of Noodles which is flying (not literally), but the tossed noodles in their house special seasoning and Asian flavors are sure to drool you right away. Placed or let’s say flying on their in-house built basket, the presentation is superb and interesting. We had ‘Thai Curried Noodles’- a wok tossed noodles with Thai spices and vegetables.

All in all, we had a wonderful, casual time, truly awestruck by the amazing décor that Lighthouse Café, Worli has got, décor pinned by its name. On the other hand, the food is lavish, expensive and scrumptious and a great place to hop in for casual dining in the city. Most recommended from my experience is ‘Chicago Deep Dish Pizza’ that mustn’t be missed.
