Bikanervala is a brand of Indian sweets and namkeens. Carrying out its legacy of offering some scrumptious Indian sweets and namkeens from over 100 years, Bikanervala is our all time favourite place. It was first established in Rajasthan and then expanded over Delhi about seven decades ago. Now bikanervala can be found across all major parts of India.
From rajasthani to basic north and south indian meals, I just drool over their authentic indian menu whenever I visit this heaven. My favourites from here have been Raj kachori, Pani Puri and whole lot of sweets.
On my way to Jaipur from Delhi, I happened to halt at Bikanervala. The place is huge and clean. I will totally recommend you to have a halt here if you’re on the same route. You should stop here for their delicious variety of meals to cater to your hunger pangs. Also, it is a family friendly place as you will find a lot of families gorging on their favourites from here. In this post, I’ve penned down about my experience while I was travelling to Jaipur.
What I Had
Served with aloo fillings, two types of Pani and 5 puris. You will be too satiated by gulping down these delicious pani puris from here.
Idli Sambhar Chutney
This platter at Bikanervala consists of coconut and green chutneys, 4 idlis and sambhar. It is scrumptious and the idlis are way too soft.
The kulhad chai when served hot is amazing with a good meal from here. What’s better to savour some lip-smacking meals with a piping hot kulhad chai. You should definitely have this chai while you’re at this place. Their kulhad coffee is also worth a try.
The place has opened up wide across India. At highways, in busy streets of cities, in malls, I’m sure you will come across this outlet in every corner of your respective cities in India. Delhi has its charm of multiple outlets of Bikanervala in the city. You can check more about Bikanervala from here.
